Video: Using kelp as a food wrapper instead of plastic

A UConn start­up hopes to reduce lit­ter by using kelp and oth­er foods as a wrap­per rather than plas­tic. Atlantic Sea Solu­tions is devel­op­ing a new food pack­ag­ing method based off of the com­mon sea plant kelp with a $175,000 grant.
