HARTFORD — Millions gathered in cities across the country to participate in the second “No Kings” protest on Oct. 18, 2025. Connecticut residents gathered around the capitol building bearing signs with disapproving messages toward President Donald Trump and his actions since returning to the White House last year. In addition to carrying signs, some protestors attended the event in blow-up suits and costumes, emulating the protests in Portland, Oregon. A few Connecticut protestors shared what having no king means to them.
