Below are examples of video projects I created during my time as a journalism major at the University of Connecticut.
Sports Package
The first sample is a video project produced for my Sports Reporting Across Platforms journalism course, taught by ESPN Producer Steven Buckheit. The course focused on the evolving landscape of sports media and reporting. For this assignment, I produced a full sports package that included an on-camera lead-in, followed by highlights from two games. I was responsible for writing the script, editing the footage, and creating a detailed shot sheet to guide the voiceover. All aspects of the project—writing, editing, and production—were completed by me.
TikTok
During my senior year, I’ve worked as a Content Intern for UConn Athletics, where I create engaging and trend-driven videos for the official @UConnHuskies TikTok account. My work focuses on promoting upcoming games, highlighting team personalities, and building a strong connection between UConn fans and our athletic programs. By tapping into current trends and storytelling, I aim to foster a sense of community and school pride across all sports teams.

As part of my internship with Kristen McCory, an interior designer based in Connecticut, I assisted with rebranding efforts and created content for her page using Canva.
